| Today’s master-planned communities offer enticing community amenities as developers know that the perks of a new home extend well beyond the property lines. In this regard, Palm Lakes Estate is no exception.

This is what has been achieved at the recently revamped Dragonfly Palm Lakes Clubhouse. The refurbishment and management contract went out to tender and respondents were then whittled down.
